Please reserve time in a class at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Reservations will give the trainer ample time to prepare for the class and ensure they know somebody is signed up to attend the class.  Please note you need to have a valid 'membership' with 1, 5, 10, or 20 classes and then RESERVE a time on the calendar using the 'Calendar' link on the left side of the page (or on our website HERE). Once in the calendar, you can filter it to group classes with the drop down box in the middle. You can change the time frame to week or month using the buttons on the upper right.
