In order to ensure our trainers can plan ahead for group classes and personal training sessions, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel with more than 24-hours notice, you will not be charged for attendance.  If you cancel in less than 24-hours, we simply can't guarantee that we can fill your spot and therefore must charge you for attendance.
